What we collect

Invoice and receipt content: nothing. Documents are composed and the PDF is generated locally by JavaScript running on your device. No invoice data is transmitted to us, processed on our infrastructure, or saved.

Local storage: the tool saves your last document in your own browser's local storage so you don't retype your company details on every job. This stays on your device, is not accessible to us, and is removed whenever you clear your browser data.

Contact form: if you email us or use the contact form, we receive what you send — your name, your email address, and your message. That is used only to reply to you.

Standard web logs: like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information about requests, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages viewed. This is used for security and to understand aggregate traffic levels.

What we don't do

• We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
• We do not store the contents of the invoices or receipts you create.
• We do not use your document data to train any model.
• We do not share your information with third parties for advertising.

Search engines and generated invoices

Because documents are generated in your browser, the invoices and receipts you create are not published anywhere and cannot be indexed by search engines. A generated invoice has no web address. The only pages that can appear in search results are the informational pages of this site.

Your responsibilities as the operator

When you create an invoice, you are handling another person's personal information — their name, their address, their vehicle. Because nothing is stored here, the document you download is the only copy, and it is yours to safeguard. You are responsible for how you store, share, and eventually dispose of it, in line with the laws that apply to your business.

Cookies

The tool itself does not set advertising cookies. We do not run advertising networks or sell attention on this site.

Children

This is a business tool intended for tow operators and recovery companies. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes — for example, if a feature is added that stores data where it previously did not — we will update the date at the top of this page and describe the change here.
